REEL SERVICE
Our reel servicing is carried out by our own dedicated servicing team, who are separate to our customising team, because of this we are able to offer an un-rivalled turn around time of approximately 48 hours!, in most cases. No waiting for weeks and weeks to get your reel back before hitting the bank again.
Our "Standard" reel service is our "Premium" service. No gimmicks, no messing about. Every reel in for a service undergoes the same procedure.

How it works -
Package up your reels and send them over to us via your chosen courier provider (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery). Our address can be found here - (Please include a cover note with any faults you are aware of and what you would like us to do for you). Please add a few personal details like - name, return address and phone number. If we receive reels without any contact details, they will be held to one side until the owner contacts us.
If your local to our workshop or you're planning to travel to us, this is not a problem, all we ask is for you to contact us before setting off to be sure that our workshop is open, we wouldn't want you to make special journey, for us to be closed when you arrive. (our opening hours are subject to change from time to time)
When we have received your reels we will contact you so you know your reels are in our possession.
Once your reels are on the bench we then get to work with the service, which includes -
Full strip down, de-grease and clean, ultrasonic treatment, component test (including tolerance test), re-grease/oil, re-assembly and a coat of teflon polymer to keep your reel like new for as long as possible.
Should we encounter any faulty parts or repairs needed during the service we will contact you before carrying out any work to ensure you are happy to proceed.
When all is complete, you can either settle your invoice via Bank transfer, PayPal or payment link via text message.
We return reels using Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured).
We also stock a large amount of Daiwa and Shimano parts, please contact us if you need anything. If we don't have it in stock we will try our best to get it for you.
REEL REPAIR
Reel repair are assessed on a individual basis. Please get in touch with any enquires you have or package up your reels and send them over to us.
